To achieve seamless growth, Providence needed a repeatable, scalable Digital Front Door powered by robust interoperability and cross-functional coordination.

Context

Scaling digital integration across dozens of locations is complex.

Even with strong electronic medical record adoption, each new hospital or clinic must be integrated into hundreds of clinical, revenue cycle, and operational workflows. This depends on precise interface development, reliable data exchange, and tight coordination across technical and clinical teams.

Before this innovation:
