Introducing Thrive, our six-month return-to-work program that enables experienced women professionals to ease their way back into work after a break of one year or more. Making the decision to return to work after key life events can sometimes feel challenging. As an inclusive organization that eases the way for all our employees, we are committed to empowering women to reignite their careers through Thrive.
During the program, you will work on real projects running at scale to transform healthcare. You will build key skills to fast-track your career, learning from fellow colleagues and being mentored by accomplished leaders. At the end of the program, you will have the opportunity to apply for a full-time role at the cutting-edge of healthcare technology at Providence India.
